This course is Part Two of a three-part course designed to prepare the allied health professional, working in the Cath Lab, for the RCIS certification exam. Upon successful completion of CV Part B Commonly Performed Procedures participants will be awarded 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. In order to successfully complete the course, all assignments must be completed and a minimum score of 75% on the assessments. The following topics are covered in this course: Coronary Stenting, Fractional Flow Reserve, Peripheral Artery Disease, Transveneous Temporary Pacemaker, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Intravascular Ultrasound, Endomyocardial Biopsy, and Pericardiocentesis.
